The purpose of the meeting is to address the issue of Measure and Release in the Inshore leagues 2012. The running of a pilot project during 2011 to iron out the issues of Measure and Release in the past.

All Club Chairman and Tournament Officers, League Anglers to formulate a proposal and submit it asap To Chris Shields our WPDSAA Tournament Officer by the 15th August 2011.

Enough time was give since earlier this year whereto only 3 clubs have responded.

Fellow Anglers,

A new year, with lots of new opportunities for our Lady and junior anglers, with the creation of a new line class section for them under the All Africa records.

The workshop was very informative and very interactive. I will address some of the changes which
we will have to address by the end of August 2011.
The aim of the course is to empower SAMSA Small Vessel Examiners by exposing them to the legislative regime that governs the issue of Certificates of Competency in South Africa.
